Did you know 40 minutes of high intensity cardio burns LESS PURE FAT, than 45 minutes lower intensity cardio? When your body’s heart rate is between 65-85% of its maximum heart rate, you are in a cardio vascular mode, and at 65-75% you are in a fat burning mode.
