 Malcolm

Malcolm’s light hearted personality flows into his workouts, allowing workouts to be a healthy mixture of intensity and fun. Malcolm’s intensity drove his football career from all-state football at Holmes High School, to a full football scholarship and four year letterman at Texas Tech, to three years of arena football. Its this intensity behind every workout Malcolm creates for each client. Certified through NASM and a Certified Sports Performance Coach, Malcolm believes anyone can change their current physical level with consistent, goal oriented coaching.









 Nichole

Nichole Gottsacker holds a B.A. from the University of Texas San Antonio with a certification and training from the Cooper Institute. Nichole is currently working on her Master Certification. She has worked with a variety of clients and strives to make workouts interesting and challenging. Developing workouts based on individual needs and goals proves to be beneficial to each client. She enjoys helping others, and interacting with her clients to help them achieve their goals and the results they desire.
